How to Create an Eventlink Account
 

Go to eventlink.com

1. Introduction

Follow these engaging instructions to efficiently complete the account set-up process for seamless access to Eventlink's features.

2. Click "CREATE ACCOUNT"

Create your account by clicking on "CREATE ACCOUNT."
Click 'CREATE ACCOUNT'

3. Click "School Name or Zip Code "

Enter your school name or zip code by clicking on "School Name or Zip Code."
Click 'School Name or Zip Code '

4. Click "Find Schools"

Search for schools by clicking on "Find Schools."
Click 'Find Schools'

5. Click + next to Knox Community High School.

Click + next to Knox Community High School. This will move it to My Subscriptions.
Click + next to Knox Community High School.

6. Click "Next"

Continue by clicking on "Next."
Click 'Next'

7. Click "First Name"

Enter your first name by clicking on "First Name."
Click 'First Name'

8. Click "Last Name"

Enter a Last Name by clicking on "Last Name."
Click 'Last Name'

9. Click "Username"

Enter a Username by clicking on "Username."
Click 'Username'

10. Click "Time Zone"

Choose the Central time zone. That way all the events are at the right time.
Click 'Time Zone'

11. Click "Password"

Enter your desired password by clicking on "Password."
Click 'Password'

12. Click " Confirm Password"

Reenter your Password by clicking on "Confirm Password."
Click ' Confirm Password'

13. Click "Contact Email"

Enter your email address by clicking on "Contact Email."
Click 'Contact Email'

14. Click "Contact Phone"

Enter your cell phone number. This is the number you want to get text sent.

Click 'Contact Phone'

15. Click " I agree to the Eventlink Terms of Use and Privacy Policy"

16. Click "Complete Registration"

Finalize your registration by clicking on "Complete Registration."
Click 'Complete Registration'

17. Activate Contacts

You should get a text on your phone and an email. Please enter the code that was sent. If you didn't receive it please click resend. This process ensures you will be getting both emails and text alerts.

18. Click "Activate"

Activate your account by clicking on "Activate."
Click 'Activate'

19. Click "+".

Click the + next to each sport you want to see the calendar and get alerts. This will move the calendar to the right into the My Calendars.
Click '+'.

20. Click "Save"

Save your changes by clicking on "Save."
Click 'Save'

21. Practice Calendars

Practice Calendars. Parents / Guardians and students will be added to the practice calendars by the school. The coach will be able to send one-way text messages out through the practice calendars. This will be the coach's way of getting all important information to students and Parents / Guardians. Please let your athlete coach know if you want to be added to this calendar.
