Where to find the Forms in Power School

 


PowerSchool, How do I find the forms?

1. Go to ps.knox.k12.in.us

After logging into PowerSchool, view the navigation bar.
Log in to Powerschool

2. Click "Forms"

On the left side in the Navigation bar, click on Forms.
Click 'Forms'

3. Fill out all Forms on this page.

Please click on each form and fill it out completely. After completing a form, it will have a green checkmark and say submitted. Then, after the school approves the form, it will change to Approved.
